Join us for “Harlem Nights” – a night filled with music, entertainment, and community celebration. This event is dedicated to honoring Newark staffer, Michael Gray, Former Chief of Staff at Council President Donald M. Payne Jr (RIP) and Harlem Resident, Musician Lee Odom.

Harlem Nights is also a special event to honor and recognize the contributions of a dedicated community activist Michael Gray who has been tirelessly working towards improving the lives of individuals in the Newark community.

Clement’s Place is a jazz lounge that is part of Rutgers University–Newark’s (IJS) located in the Ruth Bader Ginsburgh hall and hosts world class jazz events, jam sessions and listening parties, providing a vibrant space for both musicians and jazz enthusiasts to enjoy and participate in live jazz performances.
