Get Ready for an Amazing Live Music Lineup at Maplewood’s 2024 Art Walk & Music Fest!

Join us for a full day of art, music, and fun as professional artists set up on the streets, alongside musicians and bands, merchants, and children’s activities. It’s the perfect time to acquire some new art, ceramics, or handcrafted jewelry, browse in our local shops, and sample our local eateries while enjoying live music.
Every fall, Maplewood Village is host to the annual Art Walk and Music Fest. This family-friendly celebration of art and music takes place on the streets of Maplewood Village.
Live Music
There will be live music on the corner of Baker Street and on Highland Ave. The DJ Arena is at the corner of Highland Place. Maplewood Art Walk and Music Fest is a juried fine art show for painters, photographers, jewelers, and ceramicists. The event takes place on Maplewood Ave, Highland Place.

U.L.T.R.A. S – Eclectic Jazz Fusion band
This eclectic Jazz Fusion band, composed of seasoned professionals, produces a vibrant concoction of sounds and tones to delight any music lover. Each U.L.T.R.A. S musician is well-versed in various musical styles, including jazz, fusion, video game music, rock, etc, and together, they’re on track to release their debut album, entitled “Universe Less Traveled Reveals Authentic Self” this coming Winter.
Forget the Whale – high energy originals and melodies

Jersey Swamp Cats – Jump blues and Vintage rock
The Jersey Swamp Cats are known for their unique blend of jump blues and vintage rock ‘n’ roll. Since their formation they’ve been entertaining crowds in North Jersey and NYC with creative renditions of classics by artists like Fats Domino, Albert Collins, and Louis Prima, as well as their own original music. Their debut album, Go Cat Go, features a mix of classic covers and original tracks, showcasing their swampy, rockabilly sound.
The Accelerators – Ramones-influenced Rock and Roll
Experience the electrifying sound of The Accelerators as they blend catchy originals with classic rock n’ roll covers from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. This talented band has rocked legendary venues like CBGB, The Stone Pony, and The Stanhope House. The have shared the stage with national acts such as Pat DiNizio and Marky Ramone. They recently wowed audiences at the 2024 Battle of The Bands at Carteret Park. New Jersey DJ Services, LLC is a company based in Maplewood Township, NJ, specializing in providing DJ services, party lighting, and karaoke for various events. They aim to make every event memorable and enjoyable with their passion for parties and events. Our team of professional DJ’s are experienced and highly skilled at creating the perfect atmosphere for any event. We have an extensive music library that covers a wide range of genres including pop, rock, hip hop, electronic dance music (EDM), and more. In Tune is Maplewood’s neighborhood music school. Located above the Maplewood Theater, we combine small classes with 1 on 1 instruction in guitar, piano, voice, ukulele, drums, bass, strings and rock band! At In Tune, you will learn while having fun!
