A cross-genre musician, Clarence “M-Pack” Conover is a phenomenally talented vocalist and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, bass, keys, drums and more). In his formative years, his musical influences included Herbie Hancock, Grover Washington, Phyllis Hyman, Luther Vandross and Price, just to name a few. Clarence has performed and recorded with Patti Labelle, Teddy Pendergrass, Grover Washington Jr., the Delfonics, and Bo Diddley, and others. He is a product of the Philly sound. Clarence is a specialist in Funk, Jazz, Blues, Fusion, Neo-soul and R&B grooves.
Founder, leader, and vocalist of the Clarence Conover Project, and the MPack Band, Clarence is the founder and CEO of M-Pack Music productions whose motto is “Life Changing Sounds”. He released his first CD “My Time” in 2014.

Whether you arrive by car, walking or the 3 minute away Cranford NJ Transit Station, this is a walkable town with lots of businesses to see and enjoy and is a very convenient place to enjoy some live live music.Walk across the street, grab a bite from a local restaurant, settle in to your favorite lawn chair or arrive early and grab a yellow park seat for these special evening concerts in downtown Cranford. Every Thursday thanks to the Downtown Cranford Organization the streets of Cranford come alive with a different sound from the areas local artists curated and produced by Gregory Burrus Productions. Come have a blast with us. as all performances take place at the Eastman Clock Plaza.
On street parking is available and around Eastman Clock Plaza and a municipal parking garage is just around the corner.
