Maplewood Village Summer Streets 2026 Music Series with Five Saturdays of Live Music

Maplewood, NJ — August 14, 2026 — The heart of Maplewood Village will once again come alive with music, community, and summertime energy as the Summer Streets Music Series returns for its 2026 season. Produced by Gregory Burrus Productions in partnership with the Maplewood Village Alliance, this beloved free outdoor concert series transforms Maplewood Avenue into a lively open‑air stage every Saturday evening from August 29 through October 3, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with live music from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Set along Maplewood Avenue between Inwood and Highland, Summer Streets invites residents and visitors to enjoy an eclectic lineup of New Jersey’s finest musical acts while exploring extended shopping hours and the charm of Maplewood’s local businesses.

2026 Lineup Highlights

  • Jersey Swamp Cats — Rock ’n’ roll with a bluesy New Orleans edge, delivering high‑energy sets packed with grit, swagger, and vintage Americana flavor. (August 29)
  • Forget The Whale — A vibrant pop‑originals collective known for infectious hooks, soulful vocals, and upbeat arrangements that light up any outdoor stage. (September 5)
  • David Easton Band — A powerhouse ensemble blending rock, pop, and singer‑songwriter storytelling with polished musicianship and dynamic live energy. (September 12)
  • Nikki Briar — A CMA‑recognized country artist bringing radio‑ready anthems, heartfelt ballads, and Jersey‑rooted country spirit to the streets. (September 26)
