The Cadence Crew is a community of creatives who perform live original music and original arrangements of cover songs. This unique ensemble covers R&B/Soul, Funk, Classic Rock, Jazz/Fusion, Gospel, Pop, Hip Hop, and also performs original arrangements. We created MAPSO Funk Fest to celebrate the diversity of Maplewood & South Orange through food, music, and local talent. This year, we present MAPSO Fall Fest – same event; autumn edition.

Our goal each year is to curate a food & music event that fosters community while spotlighting and supporting a wide range of local restaurants, creatives, and artisan vendors. We want to take this opportunity to celebrate and connect our neighbors, promote local businesses, and remind people of the rich culture that we’re so fortunate to be surrounded by.
