As we prepare for end of 2024, winter programming starts, we’re excited to continue bringing you incredible music in these remaining days of fall and into winter.

From producing the Maplewood Mayfest Festival in May, the New Jersey Newark North2Shore Festival in June, the Orange Food Truck and Jazz Festival in July to the Sunday Jazz Series at the Maplewood Springfield Ave Gazebo, it’s been a very busy live music summer.

In February we started by producing the South Valley BBQ Sunday Blue Room Brunches to almost sold out audiences every Sunday thru July. We continued with the Friday Evening Afterwork Sunset Sounds and Sips Series in June thru July.

Along the way we conducted the June thru September Thursday Nights of live music for the Downtown Cranford Summer Sounds Series. Also throughout the dog days of summer we helped produce James Austin’s, Bassist Happy Williams, Tribute at Clements Place.

We also conducted a first time Rutgers Jazz in the Park event on the Rutgers Campus featuring Jackie Jones Trio and back in June we produced the fabulous Melvis Santa at Clements Place.

For the Newark Mayor’s Office, we produced MPACK’s live music for a wonderful Newark Block Party. In between it all we had a wonderful time curating the WBGOs Jazz Cafe at Hamilton Stage in Union for Rich Engel’s Smooth Jazz’s NJ events featuring Saxman Vincent Ingala and the fabulous Saxophonist Mindi Abair. And of course we had an awesome time at the Patterson Jazz Festival called ESNA2.0.

Finally very happy to report we kicked off the very inspiring and engaging Jesus and Jazz series in February on the 4th Sunday of every month at Mt. Zion AME. It turns out our folks in attendance love the lively format and have been returning on a regular basis. We arel continuing on into the winter.
